An odd little fascination of mine is to look at the Precious Moments best sellers each week. I like to cheer for the underdog and watch the progress each week. In the case of the best sellers, my favorite little underdog is the To Your Rescue fireman pedal car figurine. I am not quite sure why I cheer for that little guy each week. Perhaps it's his simple innocence as he rides along in his favorite fire truck or perhaps it reminds me of the kids in my family with similar toys.

Last week the little fireman was #6 in the best sellers. This week he fell to #8. He has lost a little ground and, if he wants to crack the top five, he will have some serious competition. See which other figurines and gifts are ahead of the little fireman on our best sellers list.

Precious Moments figurines won in the two categories in which we entered. Our figurines were submitted to the Collectors' Information Bureau in 2008. Earlier this year, the Collectors' Information Bureau posted products on their website and allowed the general public to choose their favorites. Based on the vote tally, Precious Moments won in the following categories:
