ING DIRECT conducted a holiday spending survey which found that "about half of American adults (54 percent) plan to spend $300 or more on holiday gifts, a striking 10 percent decrease from what Americans last year said they typically spend."

The study goes on to say that consumers will be choosier when it comes to the gifts they buy and how much is spent on each gift. With that in mind, Precious Moments will continue to offer discounts, such as our Disney buy one, get one half off, and deasl on shipping.
